back to the East
Hey. I'm back in Virginia, and life has settled into it's normal pace as it were. I had such a blast at home this past Christmas. It was tough to settle back into life as usual, but I think I'm all good.
K, I've been sitting here for 5 minutes looking at this screen, and I can think of nothing creative to say. sigh...so, rather than typing random thoughts, I will just leave it at that for now.
Talk to you soon.

Hi Julie,
Whether you feel creatively inspired or not, it's just good hearing from our girls back East. : ) It was so good to see you over Christmas. David just finished up a 3 credit hour winter term class which met daily from 8-4 for a week so he's bushed. He and Jonathan have 3 days left before 2nd semester starts so we're thrilled to have them home a bit longer even though they'll both be gone to work part of the time. Bethany is finishing up the last Mitford book by Jan Karon which she got for her birthday. And Ben . . . well, I'm not sure what he's up to, except that he's outside - probably protecting the neighborhood all decked out in his camouflage. The weather was relatively nice here yesterday which put me into a spring cleaning mode, washing windows and all. I just finished the book Jed lent me written by your Great Aunt Pat. I loved it! I hated to get to the end though and wished there were more "growing up" stories. Well, just had to say, "Hello!" It's always good to hear from you. Love - Karen
